Important Information 

There will be 3 separate groups:

1. Beginner: Players just starting or who have played 1 season.

2. Intermediate: 2 or more seasons completed.  Not yet at a level where
they can play for a travel or select team.  Creating game like situations.

3. Advance: High School players, AAU or Select (This group will have
an intense workout each week with competitive drills.  Very fast paced.)

Players will have weekly assignments to complete on their own.

Also, after each session each player attending will receive a workout evaluation

Once the workouts begin on April 15th, there are no refunds unless the entire schedule has been canceled.  All unused workouts can carry over to a maximum of one year.

Coach: Keith Smith and Staff

Coach Smith has been an FPYC Boys & Girls Basketball for 8 seasons and was the 1st Assistant with the FPYC Bandits. He was the coach of the Fairfax HS Girls JV team during the Vogues Fall League.

He also teaches beginning basketball to 6-14 year olds with the City of Fairfax & Falls Church Parks & Rec. as well at 10 elementary schools.
