10th Annual MLK Day Youth Basketball Skill Development Clinic
* Is Your Child Able to Make Layups consistently?
* How about make a move on a defender to get open for a shot?
* Are they losing Confidence?
Players will learn the necessary skills to increase their:
- Scoring
- Accuracy
- Confidence
Players will be instructed to use:
- Correct shooting form
- Proper footwork in shooting jump shots and layups
- Shooting off the dribble
- Creating your own shot
- Date: Monday, January 15, 2024 (Martin Luther King Day, no school)
Boys and Girls, Ages 6-15. Players divided by age and ability
Location: Providence Presbyterian Church, 9019 Little River Turnpike Fairfax, VA 22031
What to Bring:
Half Day: basketball, water bottle, and light snack, Masks are optional

Keith Smith
Coach Smith has been an FPYC Boys & Girls Basketball for 7 seasons and was the 1st Assistant with the FPYC Bandits.
He was the coach of the Fairfax HS Girls JV team during the Vogues Fall League.
He also teaches beginning basketball to 6-13 year olds with the City of Fairfax and Falls Church Parks & Rec. as well at 10 elementary schools.
